Allie Louise is a self-taught pastel artist based in Livingston, Montana with a deep passion for curating photo-realistic art in soft pastels. When she began painting with pastels in 2022, she dedicated herself to creating art that is visually compelling, thought-provoking and invites the viewers to engage with the subject matter on a deeper level. Though her pieces are meant to look like photos at first glance, she is proud that up close the viewer is able to see her tedious mark making. Each mark is a tribute to the enduring bond between humans and animals, a testament to their unspoken power and a celebration of the untamed spirit that dwells within.
